How To Convert Videos Using VLC Media Player

There’s no doubt that VLC media player is one of the most acclaimed and structure-rich media players obtainable. but, The reason is its capability to play mass variety of media files. but that’s not at all.

Using VLC media player you can do many kind of creative things with your videos and one of the instance that we have already seen is its might to cut video clips. I’m showing this topic another posts.

Now we will show  Converting Videos With VLC Step by Step:

Step 1: Start VLC media player and click on Media → Convert / Save.

Step 2: Here, under File tab, click Add button to browse to the video file that you want to convert. Browse to the video file, select, and then click Open option.

Step 3: Using the Add button, select one or more video files to be converted. At the same time, in the Target file box.

Step 4: Next check the button titled Use a subtitle file if you would like to add a subtitle file to the selected video. You can skip this option.

Step 5: Then, tap Convert/Save and select the destination folder and the name for the new video or audio file.

Step 6: Under Profile, choose the targeted format from the list of formats. VLC can faster convert videos into different formats such as MPEG, MP4, AVI, Divx, ASF, WMV, or DVD

Step 7: Finally, click Start button to begin converting the video file.
